Default Radio Wiring

After a dash swap my radio stopped working for some reason.. I took a look at the wiring harness and quickly found out that the owner before me had it rigged together so poorly that I knew I'd be frustrated in no time, and guess what? I am.

It seems that he ran his own speaker wire from my right rear speaker + and - to the harness.. I have sound to my subs but not to my speakers and it's driving me crazy. When I have the radio plugged in and I touch the rcas to the amps/subs they make noises even when my key isn't in the ignition

Any ideas? I'm sure I missed some things, so feel free to ask questions

also, i took everything apart and made sure i put it together properly.. all the wires are getting the necessary power, i've tested it, even the harness/plug that plugs into the hu gets power. but no power to the faceplate adapter thing.. maybe its just defective now?
