Default Radio and Speaker issue

My front and rear speakers quit working on the way to work the other day out of the blue. The tweeters in door by the windows still work just the door and rear speakers quit on both sides. I was thinking it was the radio so I purchased a new one and installed it. Same thing so I know it's not the radio. I have no amps or after market speakers. Any suggestions of what it could be?

It could be blown speakers, albeit odd that they all went at once.

Yeah I'm checking them today. One I could see but all 4 at once is odd with tweeters still working.

You should definitely check them but all at once is almost impossible. Probably player or if you have luck, just some detached cables or something like that.

if they are the stock speakers, find out the appropriate size and buy replacements. No sense in checking them out and have to redo it another time. Yes, all speakers can go out, especially if the previous owner neglects to replace them. When I picked up my Del Sol a few months ago, all but 1 rear speaker was working.

door jamb wire connectors. They will rust/corrode and go bad.

Probably speaker wire short somewhere. Go find some really long wires and connect to any of the 4 speakers directly and see if it still plays.
