In german wie call it "Kofferraumausbau", so you find pictures like

Hmmm, I don't think we have a specific word for this --

Usually, we say the car has a "system" (sound system), or "subs" (subwoofers), but neither term necessarily denotes a "high-end" or extreme setup.

In high-school (*many* years ago), we would say the car was "dropped", but the definition of this has changed and this term has fallen out of favor. A "dropped" car now would probably mean a vehicle that is lowered or slammed.
