POWER Wire For Headunit. What Colour??
Im wiring up my headunit, just a shitty Blaupunkt.
Ive got all my hardwires for my 4 new speakers all run and connected but I need some help on the power wire
What wire am I tapping for the power for the headunit? Hopesomeone knows the color off hand. Wanna finish this shortly
Thanks
EDIT- The RED/YELLOW from my cars harness has power with the ignition on
From my cd player I have a RED wire labelled IGNITION and a YELLOW wire labelled BATTERY 12+V
Also the WHITE/BLUE wire from my cars harness never seems to have more than 1.16 of power.
Ive had this cd player in my car, but it was stolen and recoverred.
Ive tried different combo's of hooking up the power wire to the red and the yellow from the cd player and the dam thing wont turn on. Ground is also connected no prob

Ya I just wired it like that
Blue/White -> Yellow
Red/Yellow -> Red
But like I said, the blue/white is supposed to be constant power right? Maybe I blew the fuse?
With the car turned on the red/yellow is throwing like 14volts, but I still cant get the cd player to turn on, would the blue/white blown fuse cause that?
I gotta buy some fuses then. I couldnt find the "backup" fuse in my fuse box under the hood. Where is it?
THanks
