Ok here is the task. how can i hook up 2 relays so that i can turn off my car but my radio wont turn off until i open any door. BUT the radio cant turn back on when i close the door unless the key is set to acc or on

 

You need to build a latch that is reset by the door trigger. I wouldn't build it with relays but that is just me.
