Default need d.e.i/viper help

ok. got a viper 800esp. for what ever reason the brain isnt taking my remotes. goes into program but doesnt recieve the signal. i tried replacing the antenna and still nothing. i know the transmitters work cause i programmmed one to my buddys 800esp.

now, my question. i bought this when i worked for my old shop, which has closed down. i called one place and they said they might be able to zap the brain with a scantool. is this possible? cause otherwise i'm **** outa luck. i dont have a invoice or anything for this.

thanks.

dei = lifetime warranty

so you should be ok there.

Just find a shop that has a bitwriter (canning tool) on hand and they should be able to clear everything up for ya.
