Kill switch Question
Have been skimming around but havent found an answer. Does any company make a killswitch to where i would only have to pretty much hide a sensor in the car to where when i use the remote to lock/unlock the doors it activates and deactivates my killswitch?

if you have an extra channel on your remote, an off delay timer and a few salvaged relays, you can build a pretty ingenious one. even if they find the two switches they won't be able to figure it out. you can also use the ground from your seat belt warning switch to automatically set it when you leave the car
Yea but i have a DX, so no warning haha would have to rig something up, that was my initial plan though, make it to where id have to have my seatbelt in for the car to start, safety first ;D
Your alarm already has a "kill switch" it is called a starter cut/interrupt relay, it does not have to be installed on the starter lead.
For a better layer of security you should have something independent of the alarm, or at least semi independent, you could use and EXT function of the alarm to latch a latching relay setup, it would delatch, [arm] each time you turn off the ign. switch, [passive arming] meaning you would not have to do anything but turn off the ign. to arm the "kill switch". 94

Its called an alarm!!! Imagine that? LOL
But seriously your alarm already does exactly what you described.
For a while there I don't know if they are still made or not but clifford was making wireless kill switches. Which means there were no wires going from the alarm to the kill switch. It communicated with it wirelessly. If the alarm went of the alarm would remotely activate the kill switch.
