Default how close can screen be to subs (magnet)?

How close is too close? I am custom mounting a 17" screen in the rear of my Integra in the middle of two 12's, but kind of worried about the magnets screwing up the screen. Any comments? Edge of screen would be about 6.25" from the magnet of each sub. See front view shown below.
Thanks

You can tell when a screen is too close to a magnet because it will change colors. As long as it has a normal picture sitting between the subs you should be fine. Turning the tv on next to the magnets for a short period of time should not do permanent damage, move it away and turn it of and on and it should go back to normal.

If your screen is a flat panel type you shouldn't have a problem with the magnets causing distortion. But all of the vibration might bring a short life to the screen.

if you are using a lcd screen, you are all set. you only need to worry about it if you have a cathode ray tube or old fashion tv.

Yeah, if using LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) then there is nothing in the screen to be be affected by the magnets.
