Default Hissing noise?

i just upgraded my deck from a pioneer deh p7200 to the 7500 series(gota have mp3 ) and after installing it today i hear a slight hissing sound in the backround when its on, which never happened when i was using the 7200. I was using a nameless brand deck before switching to the pioneers that made the simmilar sound, but i thought it was because of the cheap quality. I dont know much about audio hopefully one of you guys could help me out? thanks...

Are you listening to Mp3s, Radio, or Bootleg Cds?

Probably just the deck. Pioneer audio components (car and home) tend to be noisy.

not a Pioneer fan.

If you are using amps, reset your gain. Make sure the EQ-EX feature is not turned on. Any big boost on treble will make hiss.
