Default Ground Wire?

I can't figure out witch damn wire to ground to make my video feed work. can't find instructions. I thought you are supposed to originally ground to the e brake but really who wants that? I would rather just ground it and be able to watch while driving. . so anyways I start looking for a cord that could even reach the e brake and there is no way. the only wire i could find that wasn't being used was two inches long and I connected it to the separate harness hoping for a loop or just crossing my fingers and of course nothing happened. this is a Dual http://www.dualav.com/indashvideo/xdvd8183.html This is the closes i could find. I'm screwed please help~
