Okay guys, chopping season is on the way and I wish to prevent my belongings and my babies in the garage. I have a fully closed non windowed garage, and I was looking at some of the anti theft garage systems they have available such as the Secure shield that prevents the actual latch from being pulled, and the Garage Guard that is suppose to zap the burglar from entering your garage when he hooks the latch.

Any other suggestions before I start going to home depot or some hardware store and asking those goofballs for what's best ? I want to hear some opinions on what people have used.

 

Lock and key is the best. I rigged a couple of viper alarms to people garages before, lol.

 

Ditto the above, a good lock, automatic lights, [motion/heat activated] over door area and even a basic alarm, I installed my old Whistler alarm in my shed, and run it off an old batt. and cheap trickle charger, even scared the chit out of a neighbours cat that was getting in and pissing on my stuff, never seen a cat move so fast. 94
