Default fuses keep blowing

Everytime I put in 2 brand new fuses for an amp it blows and when I plug the battery back it still blows. Is the amp a bad amp or is there something I need to do so they don't keep blowing.

Check your power wire from the battery back to the amp. Make sure it's not shorting anywhere, like where it goes through the firewall, and make sure there are no clips/screws through it.

Make sure your speaker wires aren't touching, etc...

If all your wiring is cool, then I would suspect something internally is blowing fuses. May need to get it checked out at the repair shop.
