Just fitting new speakers up front in my ITR, could someone tell me +/- wires each side as they are not clearly marked and want to be sure before i plug the new ones up!

Right wires are Grey/Black & Blue/Green
Left are Brown/Black & Red/Green

I was thinking Blue/Green & Red/Green were the positives???

 

Hook them up both ways and go with the loudest. Inverting the phase will do nothing to damage your speakers.

You are correct.

 

BLUE's and RED's wires are always postive in hondas and acuras stereo wiring.. any other color wire is negative..

 

just to jump on the bandwagon, yup, black +grey = grounds. Honda stereos are placed more logically than american cars, left 4 for one part of the car, right 4 for the other, big red wire +12v, black ground, green/yellow wire is for the antenna and the final wires are usually for the security system, I'm talking 98 and below here, new radios house all kinds of electronics for the car
