Default Factory Radio Error

My Dad Parked The Car At A Garage In Manhattan And When We Got The Car Back We Turned The Radio On And The Anti-Theft Light Started Blinking And It Read "ErrE" It Doesnt Even Let Me Input A Code. Can Anyone Help Me. I Dont Want To Get It Replaced At A Honda Dealer I'd Rather Throw In An AfterMarket MP3 Player. Its A 00 Civic.

it says that because the wrong code was put in to many times. you have to wait an hour, or pull the batt. cable to reset. then put in the right code.

Ok. I'll Disconnect The Battery When I Go Out Tomorow So I Can Input A Code. But I Still Need A Code. I Found A Post With A Bunch Of Codes But Not For My Serial Number, Should I Just Call A Honda Dealer?

Call the local Honda dealer and tell them that you work for a stereo shop in the area. For me it has worked every time.
