Default Factory alarm problem! please help!

I have a 95 SE integra, and it has a factory/dealer alarm on it. It is the cheap alarm that uses the cars horn for the alarm sound. Recently when I try to open my car with the keyless remote, the alarm/horn doesnt "beep" anymore, nor does the alarm sound off when I open the door with it armed (the LED light on steering column flashes though, thats all!), im assuming there is a fuse blown out that is connected to making the horn sound with the alarm (though the horn still works when you honk it), does anyone know where the ALARM fuse is that I need to replace if that is indeed the problem? I tried SEARCH... it didnt help....Any honest help would be greatly appreciated.

The alarm you have my be dealer installed but it is not a "factory" alarm, it is some aftermarket alarm, the dealer has a deal with one of the car audio/security retailers in town to install alarms in there cars, the problem with this is unless you can find the alarm brain there is no way to tell what brand the alarm is, how about the remote does it have any markings on it ?
Now you say the led still flashes, that tells me the fuse is good, tell me this, does it start flashing when you "arm" the alarm and stop when you "disarm it?
Do you have power door locks, and are they wired to the alarm? 94
