I just bought a 96 integra LS and want to replace the factory cd player with an aftermarket one so i can run my subs. Here in lies the problem. In my car, there is the cd player on one level, then below that the tape/radio. If i get a cd player, what do i take out and can i put in a little shelf or something? I need help, thanks in advance.

you can get a kit that has the the storage slot or without it. most car audio shops should have them or you could go all out and put an eq in the extra slot
