There are exactly 3 places.

1. Pop off the cap and remove the screw inside the handle. You have to pull on the inner handle while pulling the inner handle trim. Then disconnect the power door lock connector.

2. Remove the screw inside the armerest pocket. Then just take out the armrest pocket.

3. Screw located below the side mirror.

Then pull on the bottom of the door panel first. The panel is held on by 5 clips on the bottom and 2 in the front and 3 in the rear.
Once all the clips are off, gently pull the panel upward. Then disconnect the power window connector, power mirror connector, and tweeter connector.

It should be noted that when installing the panels it should be done very carefully with lots of patience. You have to "hook" the top of the panel first where the wind shield dissappears. hahahaha can't think of a better way to explain. lol

You can tell if you f**ked up by looking at the other side door panel and it's fitment. HTH

Here is a picture with the position of the screws. Take a look to the point 4 when you install the cover again. It has to fit perfect.

To take off the cover off the back speaker you need just to pull it out with a screwdriver. To take off the whole sidecover you need to take off the whole back interior (at a type-r incl. the back stabilizer). It's no fun to make it, because you have to remove the back-seats, too.

If you do this and plan to install good speaker, its the right time to buy some damming material and fill out the big holes under the plastic to reduce rumble.

But it takes time, you can not do it in the lunch time.

Awesome pic for the help, ya point 4 was hella annoying when I took it off... what sucks is that my Audiobahn 3 ways do not fit in the front stock brackets, so I dunno what to do except pay for install.... I got the panel off and all, but then had this problem. What to do?!?!
