Do I Need to Add RCA Outputs?
I have my alpine CDA-9807 installed in the cupholder location. So i can have cups in the cupholder without buttons being pressed on the cd player, i have the player pushed back as far as it will go. Lucky me, i cant plug the RCAs into the back of the cd player.
What I am thinking of doing is, since its not under warranty and i am very good at soldering circuit boards, take some female RCAs and run them to the outside of the cd player and solder the 2 contacts to where they are connected to the rear jacks built into the back of the cd player.
Before I do this, does anyone have any other ideas?

From what I remember, its pressed right up against that part
if you dont think it will degrade you sound quality or the features your trying to use it may just be easier to put a line out converter on the speaker outputs. this wouldnt be my first choice of a way to do it, but if all else fails.......
well i decided to solder the RCAs to the circuit board. If for some reason it doesnt work(idk how it wouldnt) i can try the LOC option
