Default Diagram question

So,
Do I take a positive from each subwoofer and solder it to the positive on the and a negative from each subwoofer and solder it to the negative on the cup?
or
Do I take the positive from sub3 to the positive of sub2 and the positive from sub2 to the positive of sub1 and from the positive of sub1 to the positive on the cup(and likewise for negative)?

That's the way I've always done it. But both ways should work the same.

What's a cup?

From what I can make sense out of your description they both do the same thing.

Sounds like your asking if you run a wire to each speaker or connect them all together.

I say as long as the wire you are using is large enough to support the load of all three speakers then connect them all together.
