is the light suppose to STAY on in valet mode?

you know when trying to do somthing to the car to keep the doors closed you de-activate auto arm but the light stays on now, well until i turn off valet mode

The LED stays lit when the key is off in valet mode, it only turns off when the key is on. Do you prefer passive arming......

haha i jus wondering how much battery life it drains, i heard of someone losing a lot of battery life from somthing to do with the alarm

i need it off when i work on the car
