Does anyone know about the Clifford Matrix alarm, ive been looking it up and it seems like a pretty good deal for the $$$

 

It's the same alarm as Viper, Python etc. with a slightly different looking remote. The Hornet 553T is the same as the Viper 550ESP, Matrix RS2 but should be cheaper because it's not as heavily marketed. Just make sure they do a good install, battery backup, well hidden brain, discrete wiring, inaccessible siren and so on.

 

I would think they'd charge "a lot" more to do this, so keep that in mind; unless you have a hookup. My friend opened up his factory wire looms and routed everything in there. Talk about discreet. I dunno where he put the brain tho.

 

i have the Matrix III its pretty good . i have batt backup extra siren shock and motion sensor. also opens and closes sunroof from remote. definitly make sur you get a good install. the best alarm is only as good as its install

 

You're right, it is more money but that's the difference between having security and just having convenience with the illusion of security. Install is everything!

 

yea i know a couple kids at the Best Buy where im gettin it so they will hook it for me. Thanks for the input.
