Figured with the past talk about doing a PC in a car this info might help. I haven't tried this, but found it on slashdot.org and figured I'd share it with you all. I'm not sure of what hardware requirements each of the individual software packages need, but most linux distro's can run on really cheap older equipment.

I'm atcually debating doing one of these. There was a link on here with a bunch of useful info that I now can't find. So the more info the better, especially in the software department.
