When I flick on my left turn signal, a buzzing noise starts... I believe its either coming from the headlight turn signal, or possibly the bumper turn signal. Could this be a result of a bad ground (around the headlight area)?

 

make and model of the car. and is the buzzing coming from the blinker relay? And yes a bad gorund can cause this

 

1995 honda prelude... when relocating one headlight harness, there was a ground box (little box w/ 8-12 black wires going into it)... Instead of grounding it directly to the chassis, i attatched the box to a 8-12 gauge wire w/ a ring terminal, and then grounded it....

i guess that it isn't enough "grounding"
