Been having a lot of work done on my 2002 TL-s lately. Every time the battery is disconnected, the Bose system wants the anti theft code.

problem is, the code in the manual doesn't work on my system. It just continues to increment the ERR #.

So I take it to the dealer and they do something that involves disconnecting the antennae from the radio. Could someone please lay out the steps to do this? Going to the dealer every month is a pain.

Could you also explain why it is doing this?
