00 civic ex, My raido dont get no good signal, swapped in another deck and same crap...The antenna wire to the back seems good and all, but when I slide the unit back in the slot the raido signal fades awawy.......
If I pull my antenna out all the way it kinda works better but not good enough. So I was thinking about a power antenna that runs off power to get better antenna signal. Do these power antenna boosters work or are the a gimmic, I need a good antenna or something..

 

check the grounds of your antenna. probobally the problem.
