Alpine CD Changer
Hey guys,
I recently just installed an alpine head unit and an Alpine CD Changer. The head unit works fine but doesn't pick up any signal from the CD Changer. I've tried resetting the head unit by unplugging the power but didn't help. The CD Changer just shuffles through the CDs then stops so there is definitely power, just no signal. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

What are the model numbers?
Are the new or used?
When you say you can hear it "shuffling", what is the read out on the HU, can you select a disk, will it select that disk, and show that it is playing, [on the HU] but hear is no sound?

They are used out of my old car. They worked great then. But when I say "shuffling," the cd changer goes through each cd and starts to spin the cd or try and play it but since there is no signal i guess it goes to the next one until it has gone through all 6 then it stops. As for the HU; it doesn't read anything or say anything on the screen. The only thing I can get is the tuner and AUX to show up and not the cd changer.
