Default Alpine 9813

Anybody installed one of there 4th Gen lude? or any other of your cars?
How does it bump with your stock speaker....?

I have never installed one in that particular car neither that exact head unit. Although, Alpine head units usually sound real nice even with factory speakers. When you upgrade, if you upgrade to amps for the speakers or possibly a subwoofer, Alpine gives you those 3(4 Volt preouts) Gotta love Alpine

I was planning on picking up this head unit and installing it this weekend. I had the 7894 (which the 9813 replaces) and it was really nice. The 9813 adds a 5 band EQ into the mix. Pretty decent power for a HU (27x4 rms) The only thing I kinda don't like about, is the display seems like there's too much going on with it, but I haven't seen one in person to really judge it.

Over all, I think it's a good choice.
