Default Adjustment of Sensitivity Level

I bought an Ungo Sr6000 alarm and there is a "dual stage shock sensor" underneath the dash where you can stick a mini philips screw driver to adjust the sensitivity of the larm. I believe it only rotates 180 degrees. Which way is the adjustment for extra sensitive, clock-wise or counter clock wise. Thanks.

Your alarm did not come with any documentation or instructions?

I checked and all there was, was an owners manual that says nothing about adjusting the sensitivity level. I asked my friend who was also the installer and he said clockwise was to increase the sensitivity and counter clockwise would decrease it. I tried doing it and then tried tapping my window and nothing happened. I guess I can play with it for awhile and figure it out. Any other information are welcome.

your friend sounds right. ask where the shock sensor was put. the most effective place is zip-tied to an existing factory harness so when the car is impacted the harness will trigger the sensor. also remember that it takes up to 10 seconds once you hit arm in order for the sensor to work

Well tapping the window shouldn't really set off the alarm...
