1990 DX Hatchback - Replace door speakers

1990 DX Hatchback - Replace door speakers
I want to replace the front door speakers in my 1990 DX Hatchback. It seems simple enough. Unscrew the 2 screws and then remove the grill. However, the grill doesn't budge after I remove the screws. Is there a step I'm missing or are the speaker grills just stuck?
