SHG_Felliphe's EG Hatch Build Thread
Yeah bro, another 2 inches. If I unmount the coilovers at the bottom and spin the lower mounting body I can gain another inch safely. So yeah I can drop another 3 or so if I wanted and without messing with the preload.
Checkpoints? Ive never heard of that, thats awful. I hear cops don't even look for that around here so Ill take my chances, plus if I get a ticket for it I just gotta put it back on and get them to look at it and I don't have to pay anything.
Cash moneyyy

Quoted FTW.
I'm stupid lol, I was sanding the valve cover and today I realized I should of used Aircraft stripper lol, I wasted a bunch of time for nothing haha.

Haha yeah I was thinking the same thing when I saw that. Im like damn this kid is nuts lol.
haha he was riding that shg high feelin so good about new shiet on his car and just started sanding away
I put in more time in the cover today, I used aircraft stripper to help get to the hard to reach spots and as of right now all the primer and paint is 98% off. Ive already started wetsanding it at 1000 grit
I decided to buy the proper paint for it too, what I have would not do well with the high temps. I should be able to get it painted tomorrow.
Some throwbacks from the winter that I found.

I've been putting in steady work since I came back from IA. Just trying to do things right the first time.I'll post em tonight

Thanks man, hows the fit coming along?

Do it up man, I thought your car was super gangster when we first rolled out to IA at night. I was wondering why I hadn't seen it before. Its not about buying mad parts and putting it together in 1 year. Its just a way to keep track of what you did to it, kind of like a service log and its a good way to meet new people as well. I do it so that others can learn ideas and procedures that they can apply on their own build.
Dont worry kids that live by me and i chill with are like why do i never see the car out. lol too busy with work and school
