small update from two weeks ago:

for the past couple months since i got the k24 together i've been trying to hit those elusive 12's. only weight reduction was removing the passenger and rear seats and trunk plastics, open v-stack behind the bumper, and the slicks. other than that, it's as i drive it everyday. heat, ac/ps, radio, etc. didnt get a chance to weight it, but i'd venture it's around 3000lbs with me in it.

first hit of the day during test passes. i was super excited and would have been happy leaving right now lol.



times kept dropping with every pass as i started getting a feel for what it liked. then the 4th and final pass before qualifying...

that's the ultimate goal but still needs a lot more work if i want to do it in fully streetable trim. picked up bigger slicks and a new clutch recently. also going back to a 4.7 final. once i get all that together i'll see where i sit and go from there.
