yeah, those few welds at the front of the manifold arent wonderful...it was my brother's first schedule 40 stainless manifold he welded. its held up a LONG time though, without any cracks.
that shot makes it look worse than it really looks too, i was thinking that when kyle posted it. odd shadows. not a problem though, everything inside is all ported perfectly smooth, and the welds have great penetration. cody from lovefab said they looked fine. haha

but still....... if that car was all "stock" looking, i would love 100% of it. </TD></TR></TABLE>
yeah, part of me would like it more if it didnt have the holes. someday they might go away and i'll do some under-body sheetmetal back there..that would probably work better too.
hmm...maybe i'll do that soon.

Notched, just gotta get it decked/honed, then work the head. still need HG, rings, seals, and beaings. not a big deal

garnet blasted

20 PSI stock cam, my old dyno sheets

Straight Thuggin

kyle pleasuring his mani/turbo

Mike working on the wiring (my brother-in-law, lil' wiring guru-done multiple carb 1st gen crx fuel injection swaps, knows ef wiring inside and out).
he added an addition to the fuse box, wired my gauges neatly, and we're doing a wiring tuck. carpet is going back in too, cant decide between red or black carpet. that wont be for a while htough

thanks man. the slicks are 24.5x8x14 MT's. i like em. gotta chop some JY fenders to make em fit though. i didnt like how the car hooked up with stock front stuff. it lifted so much, spun the crap out of them, then dropped and hooked, resulting in totally crappy 60 ft. times

Welcome to FWD drag racing.
Welcome to FWD drag racing.
why not try some skunk2 drag coilovers, probably too harsh for daily driving, but they can be raised up for slicks, and lowered as needed. just a thought. thats what i'm using next year

i've thought about it.
dont really wanna get whole new suspension. JY fenders are uber cheap.
and, when it sits all high up front, it creates a nice air pocket, and has to move a lot more air. there was so much wind noise at the end of the 1/4.....118 mph trap still ,but TONS of wind noise
