I need to get some new seats for my '90 Si, my daily driver. My preference is an adjustable/recline-able racing seat. The issue is that I can't find safety ratings on any racing seat. I'm not racing, so I need something comfortable and I'm in college so I need something that's not expensive. (Notice I say "not expensive" and not "cheap.") I would love to put out $1400 on a nice pair of quality seats but I cannot afford it. Is there a quality brand, that won't snap in half if someone hits me, that is also around $300-400 for a pair? That price does not include the mounting equipment. Also, are the Sparco side cushions for Sparco seats only? I would love the support and hate to slide around too much in my seat.
