ok i ran into a problem with the chassis wire harness... (just front half) i wanted to delete all wires im not going to be using (heater,srs,a/c, defrost, ect.) but its way more of a spider web of wires then i had imagined..LOL

whats the best way to get this done?
has anyone done this before?
can someone please show me a flow chart of the cluster/chassis/engine wiring

do anywires come from the ecu to the cluster? witch ones?

wire diagrams are your friend lol. Or you could get a painless kit and make your own sans whatever you dont need

Update:
i finished the firewall welding, filling, shaving (im still trying to decide if i want to shave the whole bay, or just the firewall) what's your opinion?

I ground down the welds, getting ready for filler

Now laying down the filler

Firewall finished

Nice work with your hatch. Cleaning up all those parts definitely gives it a nice bling.

thank you for the support , here is another update:
I did'nt like how the older style brake master cylinder was going to look, i decided to go with the 2001 1" ITR brake master cylinder instead...looks beefier and will look better with the banjo brake fittings
NEW OEM parts FTW!

FRESH
