Default Red on the engine code?

Can anyone tell me why there would be red on the engine code of a block?

all oem replacement blocks have the stamp on them that is painted red

you can confirm this by looking at the first digit on the blocks serial number, if it is a 0 then it is a replacement

means its been replaced by a new one from honda/acura by warranty or catastrophic failure and needed a replacement thats actually a good thing because you now know that youre block is newer than the rest of the car/motor haha
