Jesusbernal249's LSVTEC build thread: what to do next?

So i have this lsv thats running at 185 hp. I know thats good hp especially for a hatchback but I wanted to get it up to 200 hp. Any suggestions of what I can add on?? Yes ive searched throughout the forum but everyone talks about NA B20vs instead of LSvs
im running with
-greedy headers
-hookups manifold
-eagle rods
-CTR pistons
-pr3 head
-b18b block
-thicker headgasket
-3" full exhaust straight pipe

sorry i forgot to say but i have the 3" full exaughst straight piping and running with a ported head on ctr pistons. I'd basically just add the bigger cams but I read I'd have to upgrade my retainers and valve springs as well. Is that correct??

I made right at 200whp on my LS/V setup, here's my specs:

B18b Block bored to 81.5mm
B16 Head (stock port)
5 angle valve job
ITR valvesprings
Crower 402-A2 cams
USDM ITR pistons (NPR)
Reconditioned B18b rods with ARP rod bolts
ACL Race bearings, rod and crank
PLM Tri-Y 2.5" header to 2.5" exhaust
DSM 450cc injectors
Blox ITR-rep intake manifold
68mm Professional Products throttlebody
3" short ram intake tubing with Blox 6" velocity stack/filter combo
Tuned on CROME on a DynaJet chassis dyno

Made 199whp, 137ft/lbs on 93 octane gas.

That's awesome! I just wouldn't build like yours haha. I'm looking to just change out a couple stuff cause I have another engine I'm trying to build too and you know it gets expensive x) I'm already at 185 whp so I'm almost there! That's without the dyno tune or changing the map layout for my p73. Which I will change out for the p28 cause a lot of my homies prefer it. No clear reason why though haha any clue Why??

Find some Crower 402-2 or 403-2 and tune it on e85. You'll love it! 🤗
