emblems
Try to shave it off with a razor blade (the TL emblems are just glued on), but be careful to not scratch the paint. Then use 3M adhesive and wax remover to remove the adhesive and it should be good. BOndo is probably the best solution, but i've had crap results with the paint pens when i've done touchup so it may not be the best plan, but it would look a lot better than 2 holes, and they won't rust that way

I always use a screwdriver and a hammer when removing emblems
j/k
Heat gun and dental floss is the best method. When I have done this I typically just pull them off by hand on a hot summers day after the car has been sitting in the sun for a while. Then again I live in FL so a heat gun would probably cool the adhesive.
