I'm so glad you bumped this 4 year old thread for that info. I was on pins and F'ing needles waiting for someone to give me a clear cut answer.

I actually installed a Jdm Itr lip on my USDM 97 bumper! Had to modify a lil

Since the USDM ITR lip is either impossible to find or too expensive and the JDM ITR lips are easy to find for around $100 bucks, if someone make it fit with good look, let's hear him out and see some pics. This will help out the ITR community and the whole. Hopefully, we don't have to bring it back from the dead again
