Man, a header is like a woman, you can't just go kicking her and shit and hope she'll get off.

Take your time, drop the cat., should come off pretty easily.

if thats a 1 piece header you need to remove the fan... and take it out from underneath of course.

Nooo...you don't need to remove the fan. It's unneccessary (I spelled that wrong), but it will help. You might need to remove the plastic underlining though that gets in the way of the header. https://members.tripod.com/mintydip/howheader/rad.JPG Oh yah, make sure you get the bolts that are along the A-Pipe near the radiator (which I know, is a very broad area). Then for the O2 sensors, you can try an 7/8" Wrench, or they do have special sockets just for O2 sensors. Have fun...... http://images.zeroforum.com/smile/emdgust.gif

remove the plastic splash shield from under the header for elbow room, and loosen the OE rear support bracket if needed... then whack it if it is still heat bonded to the gasket... I use my 5lb fist mallet if my rubber one is out of reach...
