yes cant wait to get this R back on the road! he's not the only one restoring an R i got 2000 fbp number 536 soon to hit the streets with a fresh coat of paint!

You bought a JDM cigarette light bezel. It should still fit though. Just to let you know (if you didn't already).

went to the shop today and did some work to the valve cover nuttin much happening waiting for xmas to be over so i can really crack down on the parts ordering bc this car has to be perfect for inspection!

 

got the heart of the beast! b18c5 R-dot block and a ls crank

 

The freehand on the VC looks good.

 

It won't fit unless you force it and it will look like **** if you get it to fit. It curved on the left side and straight on the right side whereas the usdm bezel is the opposite.

some updates on the car got some new parts and did some labor to the car when i jacked it up the other day i didnt like what i saw so i got to work!! everything is gunna get replaced sandblasted and then powdercoated i HATE RUST!!

 

Damn... This car looks so clean I never thought it would have rust like that. it looks repairable to me. Can't wait to see all new acura parts in there.. Good work so far!
