Differences between PR3-3 head and PR3-4 head????

Well I just Brought A 1994 JDM E-EG9@sunroof with swapped ITR B18C R. I'm not sure that it's JDM 96Spec or 98+Spec. But the seller say is 98spec (According JDM 96spec is hand tool polished, While 98 Spec is machine which is more accurate). Mine ITR Head is PR3-3. Block is B18C, Serial start 1900xxx. Anyone here got the idea that my ITR engine is 98+spec or 96? thank you.

Lol bringing back from the dead but would regards to a 99-00 Si head vs a older Jdm b16 head any differences on oil passage?

It's a b16a also they came off the b16a block that came in the 99-01 em1/Si
