Default which would be better for a setup

I'm at a point where i can't decide which to go with i have a 95 integra rs and i was either thinking about doing a ls/vtec setup or a 75 shot of nitrous on my motor this car is a daily driver. My motor right now has i/h/e and a 2000 ls head on it. If anyone can give me some knowledgeable info on either one of these setups would be useful

Theres nothing wrong with nitrous as long as its done "right", but I wouldn't do it on a daily driver. And as I see it with ls/vtec its you either go all the way or you don't do it at all. If I was in your shoes I would just boost it, more bang for the buck as compared to ls/vtec, and you'll be less likely to blow your engine if you got nitrous instead. Im sure many others would agree.

but thats just my .02

nitrus is nice but bad on the moter, it can damage the cilender walls and and piston rings i would deff. go with the ls vtec because you will have the hole shot of an ls and the high rpm power of a vtec engine
