Worst Mod Ever!
I was wondering if there were any folks out there that bought something and total regreted it later. Maybe it broke or maybe it just totally sucked and wasn't worth it. What was it?

its cool....what kinda short shifter did you buy anyway? the only ones ive heard that snap off or dont fit right are the ones made by Shitzo and OBX and **** like that.

lowering my car. i never got an alignment and ate through 2 brand new tires in about a month.
i believe it, my friend dropped his car on skunks and had tires 1 week old. took it up to a town about 2 hrs away and bam, he needed new tires after his trip.

dude, the guy i bought my car from ran my GSR 2" down on skunk2 coils, and it still had stock tires when i got it. albeit they were bald, they didn't run out in a 2 hour trip.

yes it did happen and no im not full of ****. goin from normal camber/toe angles to extremely low stance with really fucked up camber and toe resulted in torn up tires. it was my best friends car and i should know. i saw the results, plus it helps that i used to align cars for a living. so if ur skeptical thats fine but i KNOW first hand.

Indiglo Dash Kit. I bought it, got it installed by a local performance shop. After 2 months instead of having 4 color indiglo, i had 2. The Blue had burned out. Now here's the good part. When i went to get them removed, i found out that the guy that installed them put crazy glue around the edges, to hold them in place. When they pulled them apart all of the paint that was on the stock meters were ripped off. So i had to buy a new cluster.

OBX I never installed it either. I started taking **** apart to put it in and realized it was almost exactly like my stock one. I was like this is gay! I just re-asembled my car and lost the OBX piece of $%@!

Either you are full of ****, or some freak accident happened. You don't lower your car on coilovers, have camber, and two hours later need new tires.... they dont wear that fast unless you are burning out for 2 hours straight. Granted, after driving for a good while with good threaded tires you will eventually need new ones, but not that quick.

its called TOE .. TOE will mess up your tires more than camber ever will and very rapidly .. i killed a set of brand new yoikohama AvS intermediates in 500 miles. brand new and wore em down 50% . very possible
