Anyone knows if I can take out the upper mold of the windshield without taking out the windshield itself? Can it be replace?

MM&Yof car would help.
On my 94 Integra I removed the two side plastic trims and the top rubber trim, however reinstalling the upper trim is a PITA, any excess window weld must be cut away and some butal or black silacon must be used to hold the rubber trim in place if it is not installed at the same time a windshield is installed, normaly held in place by the window weld. 94
