Default Wheel stud changing ?

so my friends integra was driving down the road and he took a turn and all his wheel studs broke completely off his driver side front wheel, so his wheel whent down the street by itself and he ended up digging his rotor in to the pavement and having to get towed... the question i have is how the hell do you get these studs off ?

we went and bought skunk2 extended studs to replace em.. we have the caliper and rotor off and that big middle nut that for the hub or somthing but we dont know how to get the rest off

you need to take the whole HUB off. Take the axle bolt off and the whole setup with all four studs will come off.....beat the **** out of them to get out and beat the **** out of them to get them in. Its a bitch. I broke 3 studs off my drivers front and 2 off my pass front one time...usually due to people not tightening the lugs right

I had a friend torque my wheels in the air and without a torque wrench. all my studs oni the passenger side of the front got screwed.. so i took rotor off, wheel off, upper balljoint lower balljoint, tie rod balljoint and took the spindle assembly to a shop and gave them the studs to press in.

yea it was nuts.. the car slammed down on the loose rim and tire and completely tore the fender damn near right off and then it finally came out and rolled down the street while the car tipped to the side with no rim and tire and slammed down in to the pavement...and just grinded for another 15 feet or so around a corner... it was nutty!

thats why you should always get them torqued, if you dont you might be putting stress on the studs which will cause them to snap.Good luck.
