What is the name for this hose?

What is the name for this hose on my b18b2 engine. Can I block it off?

Looks like it's one of the coolant hoses for the FITV, you'll nee coolant through it for your idle to work properly, also it will have coolant pressure through it so don't block it it'll explode.
