Hey guys, I really don't know where this post belong but since it's about my 90 integra I guess I'll put it in the integra section. I have a shell sitting at home with no motor and I want to dump shell somewhere. I'm located around the bay area. Is there anywhere where I can dump the shell legally, Will a junkyard take it? It has full interior and everything just no motor. Aren't there places where they crush your car into a small cube lol. I just want to get rid of it cuz it's taking up space. If someone has any ideas let me know.

 

You could always try and put it up for sale.

Post it up for sale before you crush it, I'm sure the interior is wanted as well and maybe the whole shell. guaranteed someone would slap a motor in there

Yea dude, I'm actually gonna be looking for another DA in a couple of months as a daily driver. I dont wanna put mileage on my new car.

Post it in classifieds. I would pick it up if I wasn't on the east coast. If you want to get another da for a daily driver, why not drop a motor in the shell you have. It would be cheaper and if you get a lower mileage ls engine for it then it would be less miles on the motor becaue good luck finding a low miles da.

 

Cuz it'll probably cost more money to fix the shell than to buy a used DA. I pulled the motor and the motor has 80K on it and most of them are freeway miles.
