Default voltage stabilizer

I was wondering if anyone has installed a voltage stabilizer and if so, what kind. If anyone has pictures of after the install, that would be great too. thanks

Its a unit that supposedly stabilzes voltage fluctuations so lights dont dim when fans kick in etc etc theyre also supposed to give a smoother idle, increase torque, improve MPG, cure electrical interference in radios blah blah blah....they dont do any of that. Theyre rubbsh and a complete waste of money. I bought the Pivot Raizan voltage stabilizer to cure white noise i got on the car stereo when i switched on my aftermarket HID's....did it cure it? Did it f***!!!
