valve cover help

does a obd2 teg valve cover/b20b valve cover fit on a obd0 b18a motor?

The integra never came with a b20b, but if I understand what you are asking, the answer is yes.

He meant will an OBD2 VC fit on an OBD1 engine, and yes.
