any body have a rough time estimate to do a valve adjusment on a b17

Correct me if I am wrong but I am guessing that you own a DA GSR with VTEC right? You might want to check out http://www.g2ic.com/ . Its a site devoted to DA integras,Im sure they will have a better answer.
